Epic Games Store is no longer limited to the PC platform it now delights players with free games on mobile devices as well. With recent updates, Epic Games’ mobile store offers a free game every month, and by the end of the year, this will increase to weekly giveaways.
Epic Games Store Mobile App Gets an Overhaul
The Epic mobile app has been completely revamped, featuring a much broader range of content. It now includes not only Epic Games titles but also games from independent developers, making it a more diverse platform. As of today, approximately 20 different games have been added to the mobile store.
Previously known for hosting popular titles like Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League Sideswipe, the app now boasts a much larger library. Developers can now list their games on Epic’s mobile store as an alternative to the Google Play Store and App Store.
Free Games on Epic Games Store Mobile
Just like on PC, Epic’s mobile app offers free game opportunities for players. For example, Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee, which is priced at 7.99 USD on Google Play Store, is completely free on Epic’s mobile store until February 20!
Epic has also announced plans to increase free game offerings later this year:
- One free game every month.
- Weekly free games by the end of the year.
Popular games like Bloons TD6 are expected to join this lineup, though exact dates have yet to be revealed.

Epic Store attracts mobile game developers with its advantageous revenue model:
- Developers receive 88% of revenue, while Epic takes only 12%.
- No commission is taken for third-party payment systems.
- Royalty rates for Unreal Engine games have been reduced from 5% to 3.5%.
With these competitive terms, Epic Games aims to establish itself as a strong alternative in the mobile gaming market.
